The White Male
- White or white with black extremities
- Adult weight: 6.5 - 7.5 kg
- Excellent conformation
Performance of meat rabbits:
Adapted to slaughter at different ages:
2.35 - 2.40 kg at 65 days
2.80 - 2.90 kg at 78 days
Average ADG greater than 45 grams
Excellent feed conversion ratio in restricted feeding
Weight homogeneity at slaughtering
Carcass yield: 57 - 60 % (depending on slaughter age)
The Mixte Male
- White or white with black extremities
- Adult weight: 5.5 - 6.5 kg
- Ease of management of meat rabbits during fattening
- Ease of semen collection
Performance of meat rabbits:
Excellent compromise between performance and hardiness
Used to produce a rabbit of 2.40 - 2.50 kg at 70 - 73 days
ADG from 40 to 45 grams
Carcass yield : 59 to 60 %
The Coloured Male
- Coloured or two-coloured
- Adult weight: 6 - 7 kg
- 100 % of descendants are coloured
- Less than 15 % of black rabbits
Performance of meat rabbits: 
Used to produce a differentiated rabbit
2.40 - 2.50 kg at 70 days
ADG from 42 to 45 grams
Carcass yield : 59 à 60 %
